Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website visaonline4u.com ("Website"), a trade name operated by Deepak Enterprises ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), which provides visa application assistance and related services for applicants seeking visas to various countries. By accessing, using, or submitting an application through this Website, you ("Customer", "Client", or "Applicant") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using this Website or our services.
1. Nature of Services
- visaonline4u.com is a platform operated by Deepak Enterprises for processing online visa applications as an agent on behalf of Applicants.
- We act only as a facilitator/representative for the Applicant in submitting visa applications and related documents to the concerned Embassy, Consulate, or Visa Facilitation Service (VFS).
- The decision to grant or refuse a visa is solely at the discretion of the Embassy/Consulate. We do not guarantee the issuance of a visa under any circumstances.
2. Applicant’s Responsibility
- The Applicant shall provide true, genuine, complete, and authentic information in all respects, including but not limited to personal information, previous travel history, visa refusal history, family details, sponsor details (where applicable), and supporting documents.
- The Applicant shall ensure that all documents submitted are well-scanned, clear, and authentic.
- The Applicant acknowledges and agrees that submission of false, fabricated, forged, misleading, or unauthentic information/documents may result in: (a) immediate refusal of the visa application; (b) imposition of long-term entry bans (5–10 years) by the concerned Embassy/Consulate; and/or (c) legal consequences under the laws of the concerned country. The Company shall not be liable in such circumstances.
3. Fees and Payments
- All Embassy Fees, VFS Fees, VFS Service Fees, and our Service Fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, irrespective of the outcome of the visa application.
- Applicants are encouraged and preferred to arrange and use their own credit/debit cards for fee payments directly to the Embassy, VFS, or other relevant authorities.
- Where the Applicant requires the Company to process payment on their behalf, an additional 3% surcharge shall be levied on the total transaction amount.
4. Representation and Authorization
By using our services, the Applicant expressly authorizes the Company to represent and act on their behalf as an agent in the preparation, submission, and processing of visa applications to the respective Embassy/Consulate/VFS.
5. No Guarantee of Visa
- The Company does not make any assurances, promises, or guarantees regarding the outcome of the visa application, the duration of processing, or the grant of visa validity/conditions.
- The Applicant fully understands that the Embassy/Consulate reserves the absolute right to approve or refuse any visa application without providing reasons.
6. Compliance with Visa & Immigration Rules
- The Applicant agrees to abide by all visa and immigration laws of the country for which the visa has been granted.
- In the case of Visitor Visa Applicants, the Applicant undertakes to return to their home country after the intended stay. The Company shall not be responsible for any misconduct, overstay, violation, or misuse of visa conditions by the Applicant.
7. Travel Itinerary Disclaimer
The Applicant understands and agrees that any flight details or bookings provided by the Company (specifically for Schengen countries) are itinerary reservations only and do not constitute actual confirmed airline tickets.
8. Limitation of Liability
- The Company shall not be liable for any unfavorable decision by the Embassy/Consulate.
- The Company shall not be liable for delays, rejections, or bans caused by inaccurate, false, or unauthentic information or documents submitted by the Applicant.
- The Company shall not be liable for any loss, expense, or damage arising from visa refusal, cancellation, or non-compliance with visa conditions by the Applicant.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jalandhar, Punjab, India.
10. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Applicants are advised to review the Terms periodically for updates.
