Refund Policy

  1. All payments made towards Embassy Fees, VFS Fees, VFS Service Charges, and Visa4u Service Fees are strictly non‑refundable and non‑transferable under any circumstances.
  2. visaonline4u.com operating as a trade name of Deepak Enterprises, acts only as a facilitator for visa application processing and does not control or influence the outcome of visa decisions.
  3. Once a payment is made, no claim for refund, chargeback, or reversal shall be entertained, regardless of the outcome of the visa application (including rejection, refusal, delay, or withdrawal by the applicant).
  4. By proceeding with the payment, the Customer/Client/Applicant acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy without exception.

Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jalandhar, Punjab, India only.
